OCD treatment in New York City
We treat OCD with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), in person on the Upper West Side and online across New York and New Jersey.

OCD is a pattern of unwanted, intrusive thoughts and the rituals or mental checks people use to quiet the anxiety those thoughts bring. It's a real condition, and it responds to treatment.
How we treat
How we treat OCD
We treat OCD with Exposure and Response Prevention, or ERP. In ERP, you and your clinician gradually face the situations that trigger your obsessions while holding off on the compulsions you'd usually reach for, so the anxiety has room to settle on its own. We work at a pace you set, and several of our clinicians focus on this kind of work.

What to expect
We start with a first consultation to understand what you're dealing with and answer your questions. From there, you and your clinician set a plan together, in person at our Upper West Side office or online anywhere in New York or New Jersey.
