While starting the therapy journey may feel challenging and intimidating at first, you are not alone and have come to the right place. I aim to provide a compassionate, open, and warm space to help guide you through and ease these fears. I believe that therapy is not just about addressing problems but also about discovering deeper insights into yourself, strengthening resilience, and ultimately finding a path of change and healing that feels right.
I primarily work from a relational-psychodynamic framework, emphasizing collaboration, understanding, flexibility, and trust in order to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of every patient. I strive to cultivate an empathic space to explore all feelings, thoughts, and relational patterns in order to foster meaningful change and personal growth. My mission is to provide a safe, judgment free, nurturing, and supportive environment to strive towards introspection, awareness, better understanding of themselves and goal achievement.
