I believe therapy is more than symptom management– it’s a space for transformation. A place to be seen, make meaning of your experiences, and develop an understanding of who you are and what matters to you. Despite what you may have been told, you don’t need to be fixed, but you deserve to be understood. My role is to help you connect more deeply with who you already are.
As a therapist, I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. I work relationally, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, CBT, parts work, and trauma-informed care. I invite you to explore topics like identity and purpose– the deeper questions that bring us to therapy. I bring in structured tools when it’s helpful, but I also trust your inner wisdom and aim to support its unfolding.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationships, and co-regulation, attunement, and presence are at the heart of the work. I am right there with you as we explore together and move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-compassion.
As a therapist, I have many clinical interests, including psychedelic integration, relationships, attachment, life transitions, mindfulness, and spiritual exploration. I am particularly interested in the psychological impacts of modern life, especially the adverse mental health effects of technology. In my practice, I support clients seeking to enhance their digital wellness, and together, we develop harm-reduction strategies to foster a more intentional relationship with their screens.

"Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
- Viktor Frankl
I received my clinical training at Columbia University, where I specialized in psychedelic-assisted therapy as part of the world’s first in-degree program of its kind. In addition to my work at Behr, I serve as a study therapist on multiple psychedelic clinical trials investigating novel treatments for depression and anxiety.
My clinical background spans a wide range of settings and populations, including university-based crisis intervention with first-generation college students, play-focused early childhood education with toddlers and children, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for frontline healthcare workers, and psychosocial care for refugees and asylum seekers in humanitarian crises.
As a therapist, I have many clinical interests, including (but not limited to) psychedelic integration, relationships, attachment, life transitions, mindfulness, and spiritual exploration. I am particularly interested in the psychological impacts of modern life, especially the adverse mental health effects of screen and technology addiction. In my practice, I support individuals who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or distressed by their screen use- whether it’s tech addiction, compulsive scrolling, or the sense that your mood, attention, or relationships are suffering. Together, we develop harm-reduction strategies to foster a more intentional, values-aligned relationship with technology.
